• Position Title: Beautician Consultant
• Working Location: Bukit Merah
• Working Hours: 44 hours per week, 7-8 off days per month, Close on Sunday & PH
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional skin, body, and beauty consultations for clients, recommending suitable treatments and products based on individual needs.
• Advise clients on skincare, wellness, and aesthetic solutions, ensuring a high standard of customer service at all times.
• Perform skin analysis and maintain accurate client consultation records.
• Upsell and cross-sell beauty packages, treatments, and retail products to achieve sales targets.
• Follow up with clients post-treatment and provide aftercare advice.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming consultation area in line with company standards.
• Attend product and service training as scheduled to stay updated on the latest trends and innovations.
• Collaborate with therapists and front desk staff to ensure smooth client experiences.
