Job Description:

A) Manage WSH Programme
  • Collect data on WSH performance, conditions and practices.
  • Conduct routine checks on work activities.
  • Manage WSH non-compliance, unsafe work conditions and practices.
  • Monitor effectiveness of implemented improvement actions.
  • Participate in WSH compliance inspections.
  • Support implementation of actions to improve WSH performance and control risks.

B) Deploy WSH programmes
  • Address and provide counsel on specific instances of WSH non-compliance and unsafe work practices.
  • Carry out initiatives to support WSH programmes.
  • Conduct safety inductions and orientations.
  • Explain WSH compliance requirements and proper work practices pertaining to employees' specific work processes or areas.

C) Develop WSH Management System (WSHMS)
  • Assess routine and non-routine work processes to establish scope of WSH risks.
  • Execute risk management (RM) plans for work processes and work areas.
  • Execute RM and risk assessment (RA) teams within respective work processes and work areas.
  • Implement action-plans to implement WSHMS improvements.

D) Manage Business Continuity
  • Conduct WSH incident and accident investigations.
  • Follow emergency preparedness and response plans (EPRPs) when responding to emergency situations.
  • Follow investigation protocols to collect data and report findings.
  • Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Prepare incident and accident reports.
  • Propose corrective and preventive measures to address root cause of incidents.
  • Review investigation findings to identify causes of incidents and accidents.

Job Requirement
  • Possess certificates include Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Management in Construction Industry (formerly known as BCSS) and Assess Confined Space for Safe Entry and Work, as per job required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in local Construction industry, preferably in LTA projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of WSH regulations and Singapore Standards.
  • Good team player, attentive to details and have good administrative and report writing and PC skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Require to travel to different job sites.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 8am to 5.30pm

Saturday: 8am to 12pm (Entitle to 1 Sat Off per month)

Sunday: Rest Day
