What the Role Entails

Support the legal work related to Tencent Charity Foundation and Tencent's SSV sector:

1. Responsible for coordinating the initiation review of public welfare projects, drafting, reviewing, and formulating business contract documents;

2. Establish and improve business legal risk control processes and systems;

3. Conduct legal risk assessment and management based on business needs and objectives, and propose feasible suggestions;

4. Responsible for analyzing and handling various business-related complaints and legal correspondence to prevent legal risks;

5. Track and study the Internet plus, public welfare, education and other industries, social hotspots, policy and legal dynamics, identify compliance risks, carry out compliance advocacy, and promote business compliance operations.

Who We Look For

1. At least 15 years of related working experience, with bachelor's degree or above in law, familiar with local and China legal situation;

2. Strong learning ability and initiative, with strong capabilities in business negotiation, legal document review, comprehensive legal management, and project management;

3. Possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit, with strong execution and resilience under pressure;

4. Flexible thinking, innovative ideas, passion for work, and a spirit of exploration; 5. Have a deep understanding of industries such as Internet plus, public welfare, and education.
