Requirements
✅ Min. Diploma in any field; background in Sales, Education, or Admin is a plus
✅ At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
✅ Strong communication skills in English (and Chinese preferred to liaise with parents)
✅ Confident, approachable, and results-driven
✅ Able to work on weekends (off-days on weekdays)
✅ Working hours 1pm to 9pm weekday and weekend 830am to 630pm ( 3 weekdays 2 weekend)
✅ Proficient with basic tech tools (Google Sheets, centre management software, etc.)

Sales & Enrolment
- Handle walk-in, call-in, and online leads to convert into student enrolments
- Build strong rapport with parents and students, understanding their needs
- Conduct centre tours and academic consultations confidently
- Achieve monthly enrolment targets and follow up on dropouts
Centre Operations
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the centre (scheduling, classroom readiness, cleanliness, etc.)
- Ensure smooth coordination between tutors, parents, and students
- Handle registration, payments, and class arrangements using centre software
- Ensure classes are optimally filled (min 4-5 students per class)
Customer Relationship Management
- Be the main point of contact for parents
- Resolve feedback or issues professionally and promptly
- Send regular progress updates and reports to parents
Team Coordination
- Work with tutors to ensure student performance and classroom discipline
- Update and monitor attendance, homework, and class changes
Reporting & Growth
- Track centre revenue, student numbers, and dropout rates
- Propose ideas for outreach and promotions to boost growth
- Monitor trends (e.g. slow months like Oct-Dec) and work with HQ on strategies
