- Drive sales team to maximize sales at the lowest possible costs for the assign region.
- Initiate all direct sales efforts to optimize product line growth at the lowest possible sales costs. Maintain a balanced sales call plan to sell at the forecasted ratio.
- Maintain good relationships with customers to assure satisfied and continued sales revenue growth within region including identifying new projects.
- Ensure that the sales revenue and margin goals are achieved by working to develop final pricing on Packaging Machines business.
- Complete special projects and duties as assigned to enhance the market position of the company.
- Based on successful product applications, help find comparable prospects with similar needs to expand company market share.
- Continually monitor markets, market requirements and modification of existing product line in the development of new equipment to meet the changing market needs.
- Submit written sales forecasts on a bi-weekly basis, as well as key lost order reports as required.
- Meet or exceed annual sales quotas; Participate in quote review and opportunity strategy meetings.
- Interface with sales, and customers to clarify specifications for order entry.
- Coach & Develop Sales Engineer.
- Cooperation with internal of company, but not limited to Center of Competence.
- Follow company guidelines for expense control and operate within budget.
Job Requirement
- At least 5 years of sales working experience in manufacturing industry, pharmaceutical/food processing/chemical processing/ general packaging is preferred; including 3 years' team management experience.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in mechanical engineering and related mayor.
- Good communication. Proficient both in oral and written English.
- Initiative, good analytical skills and decision-making.
- Can accept frequent traveling and work under pressure.
