As the first point of contact, you'll play a key role in representing our brand and helping customers discover products that suit their needs. Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the face of the brand and deliver excellent customer service
• Engage customers with product knowledge and share the brand story with enthusiasm
• Help customers find suitable products and ensure they enjoy a seamless shopping experience
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation through daily housekeeping tasks
• Manage daily store operations, including restocking and basic POS system handling

Job Requirements

• Passion for retail, storytelling, and providing personalized service
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Prior retail or customer-facing experience is a plus
