As part of our continued growth in Southeast Asia, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our Singapore office located in Tuas.

Job Responsibilities

Warehouse Management Skills
• Proficient in parts receiving, issuing, inventory counting, transfers, and disposal processes.
• Skilled in using warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Kingdee, Yonyou, MySANY).
• Able to accurately manage parts by equipment model and item codes.

Mechanical Drawing & Parts Identification
• Familiar with common construction machinery parts (e.g., cranes, excavators, mixers).
• Can quickly identify components using equipment manuals or exploded-view diagrams.

Safety & Compliance Awareness
• Follows warehouse operating procedures and understands basic fire safety protocols.
• Implements 5S methodology (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain).

Office & Communication Skills
• Proficient in Excel for inventory record-keeping.
• Strong coordination skills to collaborate with maintenance, procurement, logistics, and finance teams.

Job Requirements

l Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.

l Physically capable of handling loading, sorting, and other manual tasks.

l Willing to support inventory audits, urgent shipments, and overtime work when required.

l Maintains confidentiality regarding pricing and stock information.

l Possess forklift license or experience operating forklifts is an advantage.

l Supervise & lead a team of warehouse operators on warehouse operations
