Responsibilities
Requirements
- Reviews financial health of tenderers through analysis of financial statements and key performance indicators.
- Performs cash management activities including preparation of short-term cash flow projections and review of cash commitments for submission to Accountant General Department.
- Manages banking relationships and use of banking products/ services.
- Executes trade processing duties including review of trades and bond-related transactions for proper approvals prior to payment.
- Reviews internal regulations, policies and enhance the financial governance framework.
- Supports digitalisation initiatives through data analytics and visualisation using tools like Python and Tableau.
Requirements
- Degree holder (Accounts/Finance)
- Positive work attitude; and
- Good communication skills - written and verbal English
