Resident Architect (RA)
General Information:
- Minimum 8 years of experience, of which at least 5 years in major construction works in buildings, architectural and fitting out works
- Possess degree recognised by BOA
- Must be a Singaporean / PR
- Conversant with statutory code and requirements for site supervision, quality control procedures, construction administration and submission of progress report
- Possess strong leadership skills
- Familiar with all procedures in the Workplace Safety & Health Manual
- Supervise all works to ensure that Contractor complies with all Contract/Authority/Agency requirements
- Manage a team of Site Staff, and lead the supervision of architectural works
- Review all drawings and specifications and highlight any discrepancies, non-workable and/or missing details to Architect
- Review and comment on all construction method statements, risk assessments for works, workplans, Design for Safety (DfS) workshops and SOP proposals
- Assist Architect with application for TOP and CSC
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion and prepare necessary site progress and status report for update to Client
- Adhere to regulations and requirements of all stakeholders for any supervision work, while ensuring proper supervision
- Monitor contractors' safety performance, and participate actively in site safety management
- Conduct roving safety inspections, emergency & incident response and facts finding
- Report any accident/incident/near miss on site
General Information:
- Location of site: Tampines, Singapore
- Contract period: Now to June 2028, with option to extend
- Salary: $8,000 to $9,000 monthly, depending on experience
