1) Design Architectural projects in compliance with Authority Requirements.

2) Architectural Submissions to Authorities including URA, BCA, SCDF, LTA, NEA, etc.

3) Project Management of Architectural projects.

4) Attending and Managing project meetings with Client, Consultants, Contractors, etc.

5) Architectural Diploma (min. 5 years experience) or B.Arch or M.Arch degrees (min. 2 years experience).

6) Please note that we do not have sufficient quota to be eligible to employ foreign nationals.
