We are looking for a seasoned Technology Project Manager to lead the delivery of SAS-based analytics and investigative solutions preferably with some government sector experience. The successful candidate will have at least 12 years of relevant project management experience, with a proven record of delivering SAS Visual Investigator, fraud detection, AML, or risk intelligence platforms. Prior involvement in public sector projects is essential to ensure familiarity with compliance, security, and audit frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full project lifecycle-from initiation to production rollout-of SAS-based or equivalent analytics solutions.
• Coordinate across business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure delivery milestones and security requirements are met.
• Oversee scope, schedules, risk management, and budget tracking while aligning to public sector governance standards.
• Ensure all technical and compliance-related documentation is completed in accordance with regulatory and audit expectations.
• Serve as the central point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing regular status updates and issue escalations.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across technical teams, end users, and third-party partners.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in IT project management, with a strong focus on data analytics or regulatory technology.
• Demonstrated success in managing the delivery of SAS Fraud, SAS AML, SAS Visual Investigator, or similar fraud/case management platforms.
• Alternatively, significant experience implementing investigative, intelligence, or case management systems in enterprise or government settings.
• Excellent communication, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Residents will be given priority.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in analytics, compliance tech, or enterprise data platforms.
• Familiarity with public sector procurement, IT governance, and security frameworks in Singapore.
• Comfortable operating in multicultural, multi-vendor delivery teams.
