Job Responsibilities:

A Thai Catering company are expanding in the market are looking for someone who have prior experience in catering sales to join and grow with the team.

Sales & Business Development:

• Prospecting for new clients through various channels, networking, and online inquiries.
• Responding to catering inquiries and converting them into sales.
• Developing and maintaining a strong client base through relationship building.
• Generating proposals and customizing menus to meet client needs.
• Achieving sales targets and contributing to revenue growth.

Client Management:

• Building rapport and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
• Understanding client requirements and preferences.
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving client concerns.
• Ensuring client satisfaction throughout the event planning and execution process.

Event Coordination:

• Liaising with internal teams (chefs, operations, etc.) to ensure smooth event execution.
• Managing event logistics and timelines.
• Conducting site inspections and preparing event-related documentation.

Market Awareness:

• Staying informed about market trends and competitor activities.
• Analyzing sales data and identifying areas for improvement.

Essential Skills:

• Sales and Negotiation: Strong ability to prospect, close deals, and negotiate favorable terms.
• Communication and Interpersonal: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for building relationships and conveying information.
• Customer Service: Ability to provide exceptional service and address client needs effectively.
• Organization and Planning: Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple events and tasks.
• Product Knowledge: Understanding of catering services, menus, and event logistics.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve issues that may arise during the sales or event process.
• Work location nearest MRT at Tai Seng, Kampung Ampat
• Basic Salary with commission ( NO CAPPED on commission = no limit to your monthly earnings )
• Singaporean and PR only, no quota available at the moment
