Job Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and manage airfreight carriers to ensure high service quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery of shipments.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with airlines and logistics service providers to negotiate competitive rates and uphold service standards.
• Lead and manage the carrier procurement process, including RFQ exercises, to secure optimal pricing and space allocation for cost-effective operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Innovation, Operations) to develop and implement cost-effective airfreight product solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Execute air procurement strategies that enhance air product offerings and support revenue growth.
• Administer contracts, including rate negotiations, service level agreements, and performance tracking.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and key airline or logistics partners to ensure smooth coordination and service continuity.
• Stay updated on market trends in air logistics and provide strategic insights and recommendations to optimize procurement and sourcing strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of related working experience in Global Logistics Company or Airline/ Air Freight industry.
• Deep understanding of Air spot rate and Supply Chain Management.
• Good in negotiating with airlines and logistics service providers.
• Well versed in international air cargo regulations, including customs, security, and environmental standards.
• Proven track record in Air cargo sales experience- B2B Sales and Marketing.
• Established good connection with Airlines/ Carriers and/or other co-loaders.
• Strong understanding of airfreight operations, capacity management, and cost structures.
• Proficient in data analysis and financial modelling to support decision-making.
