We're seeking an experienced and dedicated Condominium Manager to join our team! As a key member of our community management staff, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the well-being and satisfaction of our residents.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the condominium
• Engage and manage service providers for repairs and maintenance as directed
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs and improvements
• Manage contracts and performance of service providers through regular physical checks and site walk
• Convene and attend all meetings; prepare minutes and reports for meeting
• Manage budgets, financial records and vendor contracts
• Foster positive relationships with residents, addressing concerns promptly
• Ensure compliance with BMSMA, relevant laws, government rules & regulations and policies

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Estate Management, Building, Engineering/related discipline with minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
• Several years of successful condo management experience will be a plus
• Mature and independent with the ability to lead team to drive results
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and IT Savvy
• Knowledge of BMSMA & understanding of general building defects will be a plus
• Candidate with certificate in Strata Property Management will have an added advantage
• Diligent, well organized and committed to excellence
