Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM; Sunday OT if required

We are looking for a committed and responsible Site Supervisor / Team Leader to oversee and work alongside our workers on-site. The ideal candidate must be hands-on, able to lead and coordinate a small team, and ensure that work is completed efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide a team of workers on-site
• Participate in physical work when necessary
• Ensure daily tasks are completed on time and up to quality standards
• Coordinate with project managers and report progress/issues
• Maintain site safety and discipline

Requirements:

• Prior experience in construction / marine / technical site work
• Able to lead a team and work hands-on
• Strong sense of responsibility and discipline
• Able to work long hours and weekends when needed
