Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- Assist the Operations Manager in managing and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the warehouse & logistics operations
- Supervise and coordinate the warehouse & logistics team, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely execution of duties
- Ensure timely processing of all inbound and outbound activities
- Ensure efficient space utilization and work planning
- Ensure adherence to safety, cleanliness, and inventory control procedures
- Communicates with customer on operations and service issues
- Handle and resolve operational issues, including delays, discrepancies, and conflicts
- Monitor equipment usage and coordinate preventive maintenance or repair as needed
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, goods movement, and stock levels in the WMS system
- Support training, coaching and onboarding of assigned team personnel
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in Warehouse & Logistics Management or equivalent
- 6 years relevant working experience in warehouse & logistics operations with at least 3 years in supervisory position
- Good understanding of FMCG trade
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc
- Good knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and able to analyze inventory status
- Forklift license or relevant certifications will be a plus
- Able to commit on a 6 days work week including weekends and public holidays
