Position Title: Procurement Manager

Role Summary

We're looking for a results-driven Procurement Manager to lead and optimize sourcing operations. This individual will design and implement procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost efficiencies across the supply chain, with a focus on delivering quality, value, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement frameworks, guidelines, and workflows to support operational and financial goals
• Oversee daily operations within the procurement function and guide a team in fulfilling purchasing needs
• Identify and engage potential suppliers for raw materials and finished goods, ensuring value and reliability
• Analyze market trends, price fluctuations, and emerging supply options to inform strategic decisions
• Lead category management initiatives to align sourcing activities with business growth targets
• Maintain and track supplier contracts to ensure timely reviews and renewals
• Foster strategic partnerships with suppliers to enhance category performance and profitability
• Create sourcing strategies that ensure optimal cost, quality, and continuity of supply
• Coordinate with outlets to determine stock thresholds, reorder triggers, and delivery schedules
• Support special assignments and projects as delegated by the Head of Procurement

Candidate Profile

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' purchasing experience, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sectors
• Skilled in supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contract management
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a collaborative approach
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with a diverse supplier and internal stakeholder base
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, SAP)
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working under tight timelines in a dynamic environment
