Job Mandate
The Branch Head is responsible for overseeing the branch's marketing and sales initiatives, as well as managing its daily operations. This role supports the Commercial Banking Head in promoting and selling the Bank's products and services, ensuring the branch meets I its financial and operational goals.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Business Development
Promote new deposit products, solicit new accounts, and cross-sell other banking products and services through proactive and strategic marketing efforts to meet financial targets.
2. Sales & Marketing Oversight
Supervise the branch's overall marketing and sales operations, ensuring continuous improvement in service quality, customer engagement, transaction accuracy, and operational efficiency.
3. Compliance & Risk Management
Ensure strict adherence to bank policies, internal controls, regulatory requirements, and service standards across all branch activities.
4. Personnel Management
Oversee staffing needs related to marketing, sales, customer service, and branch operations, ensuring optimal team performance.
5. Team Development
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, encouraging professional growth and development among branch personnel.
6. Others
Perform additional duties as assigned to support branch and organizational objectives.
