Job Description

Research Fellow position in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at National University of Singapore (NUS). We are seeking a talented and experienced researcher to lead the development of redox flow cells for various energy related applications. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing the performance of redox flow cells to support lab scale and pilot scale operations.

Qualifications

Interested candidate should possess a PhD degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering, Chemistry, or Physics. We seek highly motivated candidates who have a proven excellent research record in high energy redox flow batteries, and are ready to thrive in a dynamic, multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary team. The candidate is also expected to be highly self-motivated, able to lead other research engineers and graduate students in a multi-discipline research team, and able to propose research ideas.

Preferred Qualifications:
• In particular, we seek a person with the following skills:
• Min. 3 years' experience in the development of high energy flow batteries.
• Fluent verbal and written communications in English.
• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities.
