Position Overview
We're seeking a passionate and strategic Community Partnership Manager to lead our fundraising, stakeholder engagement, and volunteer programmes. You will develop impactful partnerships with corporates, government, and community groups, drive CSR initiatives, and oversee donor and volunteer management.
- Job Responsibilities
- Identify and engage with community organizations, nonprofits, government agencies, and other relevant stakeholders to build partnerships.
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen existing partnerships and cultivate new relationships that align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage resources and maximize impact through partnerships.
- Plan and oversee events, workshops, and initiatives aimed at community engagement and partnership development.
- Serve as a spokesperson for the organization in community settings and at events.
- Monitor and evaluate partnership activities to ensure goals are met and partnerships are mutually beneficial.
- Manage budgets and resources related to partnership activities.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, community needs, and competitor activities.
- IC for Metta enewsletters, annual reports and editorial meetings.
- Coordinator between event owners in the production of publicity and communications materials (ranging from E-notices to banners, corporate presentations to correspondences) for HQ's various departments & Metta's nine centres
- To manage the community partnership dept and work closely with all stakeholders including companies for their CSR programmes and events
- IC for Metta News, annual reports and Editorial Meetings.
- To work with team to brainstorm new and innovative fund raising events, working closely with the respective fund raising IC.
- To manage the co-ordination of the donation in kind with individual and corporate donors and centres' needs.
- Achieve yearly KPI set in Balanced Score Card
- Prepare monthly reporting to Management and Executive Committee
- To manage the volunteers management and have a strategy on onboarding, training, retention and recognize volunteers.
- To oversee design, planning and execution of all aspects of digital marketing and content management for Metta's website, social media and media portals
- Performs related work or other duties as directed by management
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5-6 years of related experience
- Minimum Degree in public relations/ events management or equivalent.
- Experience in fund raising/ sales advantageous
- Having the passion to work in social service sector
- Ability to work both independently and within a multi-disciplinary team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Hardworking, meticulous and responsible
