Job Description & Requirements
• Implement the project control plan and manage the system with all he stake holders.
• Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget . Coordinate with client /Consultant for the standard of document submission.
• Developing detailed project schedules , coordinating with various
stakeholders to ensure timelines are met.
• Monitoring project budgets, analyzing costs, and implementing strategies to control expenses, including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on the project.
• Tracking project progress against the program, reports to PM of status, and making adjustments as necessary.
• Working closely with project manager, engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate communicatior and ensure that all parties are aligned with project goals.
• Ensuring that all project activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and quality requirements and coordinate with QAQC manager
• Maintaining comprehensive records of project activities, changes, and communications, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Analyzing project outcomes to identify lessons learned and improve future project control processes.
• Experienced users of Primavera P6 software and MS excel.
• Farmilar with water works.
