Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Travel Consultant cum Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert travel advice, creating customized itineraries, and driving sales for leisure, group, and corporate travel. This role combines consultative travel planning with proactive sales, requiring excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in converting enquiries into confirmed bookings and ensuring a seamless travel experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise customers on suitable travel packages, flights, accommodations, and itineraries based on their needs
• Handle outbound sales enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-ins
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and itineraries for FIT and group travel
• Convert leads into bookings through excellent follow-up and consultative sales techniques
• Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, and hotels to confirm arrangements
• Upsell and promote add-on services (e.g., insurance, transport, activities)
• Maintain customer relationships and provide post-sale support
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team KPIs

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in travel sales or customer-facing role preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good knowledge of travel destinations, especially in Asia and popular outbound routes
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and able to multitask under pressure
• Proficient in English and Chinese (to handle Chinese-speaking clients)
• Familiar with booking systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Singaporean or PR preferred
