Job Description:

・Assist in the preparation of research reports, including collecting relevant information and processing statistical data (such as creating graphs).
・Supporting administrative tasks related to commissioned research projects and business trips, including the preparation of internal approval documents.
・Assisting with accounting tasks, such as preparing internal approval documents and monitoring expenditure status.
・Providing support for scheduling and coordinating meetings and business trips with companies, including appointment setting and venue arrangements.

Job Requirements:

・Administrative experience will be an advantage
・Able to handle related Japanese language documents to report to clients and Japanese speaking stakeholders.
・PC skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Zoom, Teams
