Job Description

• Facilitate clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders regarding project progress, milestones, and key updates.
• Advise clients on potential risks that may impact project outcomes, including sustainability and post-project maintenance.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the Project Director and the wider project team.
• Prepare and manage timely submission of project progress reports and documentation.
• Support the development of project budgets and detailed work plans.
• Assist in managing project resources (financial, human, and informational) to maintain optimal performance.
• Participate in internal and external project reviews, offering quality assurance support.
• Monitor progress to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and to the required quality standards.
• Identify risks and obstacles, proposing mitigation strategies where necessary.
• Support procurement and contracting activities, ensuring compliance and transparency.
• Maintain robust administrative and financial control systems throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor progress in line with work plans and provide timely reporting on status and outcomes.
• Identify performance gaps and recommend adjustments to meet objectives effectively.
• Maintain and implement a communications plan to keep all stakeholders informed.
• Track contractual obligations for both contractors and clients to ensure compliance.
• Enforce compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies.
• Oversee inspections and assess incident records for alignment with WSH practices.
• Apply and ensure adherence to environmental sustainability and green building standards.
• Implement and monitor risk management plans as part of the organizational framework.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the project team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure staff adhere to safety protocols and company standards.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Project Management, or a related disciplines
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in project management and development.
• Proven experience in bridge construction projects involving equipment such as Launching Gantries, Lifting Frames, viaduct systems, and post-tensioning works.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and construction materials.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure with minimal supervision.
• Strong analytical, writing, and problem-solving skills.
• High degree of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
• A commitment to continuous learning and fostering a knowledge-sharing culture.
