Responsibilities:

• Follow up with clients on KYC periodic reviews and incomplete documentation (via phone/email/letter)
• Maintain and update customer static data in internal systems
• Handle changes to corporate customer profiles (e.g., directors, authorized signatories)
• Process account opening and closure requests, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation
• Support CTS and e-GIRO transaction processing
• Prepare regulatory reports and MAS returns
• Assist with account maintenance and ad hoc KYC-related matters

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (mandatory) with at least 1 - 2 years' experience in KYC, customer onboarding, or account services preferred
• Good communication and people skills
• Able to adapt to changing priorities, workload, and operational requirements in a fast-paced environment
