Job description

• Lead the development and execution of the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) in compliance with guidelines.
• Manage and coordinate multi-disciplinary BIM models (Archi/C&S/M&E) from subcontractors and consultants.
• Conduct clash detection, resolve design conflicts, and support construct ability reviews.
• Ensure accurate as-built models for handover and future facility management.
• Monitor BIM progress, resource allocation, and generate reports for stakeholders and clients.
• Liaise with client representatives, consultants, and authorities on BIM matters.
• Provide guidance and support to site teams and subcontractors on BIM processes and tools.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years in BIM leadership roles on large-scale or mega projects.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, AutoCAD, and other BIM-related tools.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills
