We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our team as an Insurance Executive. You will be responsible for client management for our Motor Insurance portfolio. Your focus is to manage policy issuance/placements for Motor Insurance with various insurance companies.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage new business policy issuance and placements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
• Update transactions into the system promptly, maintaining up-to-date records
• Ensure proper documentation and records of policies in compliance with the company and industry standards
• Maintain high service standards by ensuring accuracy in policy documentation
• Manage emails and phone inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders when necessary
• Any other ad hoc tasks assigned

Job Requirements:

• Entry level are welcomed (on-the-job training will be provided)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Take and pass CGI papers (BCP, PGI, ComGI) within targeted timeframe provided by the company
• Has a good command of English, with both written and oral communication skills
• Customer-centric and keen to learn with positive work attitude
• Takes accountability of work and good teamwork
