We are looking for a skilled and proactive IT Service Delivery professional to support the execution and continual improvement of IT services across the organization. This role focuses on delivering high-quality service operations, enhancing service performance, and ensuring alignment between IT solutions and business needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Service Execution & Delivery - Support the delivery of both regional and global IT services in line with operational standards and business expectations. Ensure timely response to service issues, escalations, and requests.
  • Service Planning & Coordination - Coordinate activities related to service operations, lifecycle planning, and technology rollouts. Align with project timelines, business priorities, and defined service levels.
  • Operational Process Management - Participate in core IT service management processes such as incident, change, and problem management. Help ensure proper documentation, tracking, and continuous process compliance.
  • Continuous Improvement - Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance service performance and customer satisfaction. Collaborate with teams to implement solutions that improve delivery outcomes or reduce recurring issues.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Liaison - Act as a key interface between IT and business users, understanding pain points and expectations. Collaborate with third-party providers and vendors to resolve service issues or coordinate service enhancements.
  • Financial Awareness - Support budget tracking and financial reporting for the services under your scope. Contribute to cost optimization efforts by identifying potential savings or inefficiencies.

Requirement:
  • Practical knowledge of ITIL frameworks and service delivery models
  • Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management)
  • Familiarity with LEAN or continuous improvement methodologies is a plus
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery, support operations, or infrastructure services
  • Customer-focused mindset with attention to service quality and detail
