Other Information:
- Data Entry into the accounting system accurately, including reviewing invoice posting
- Review Account Payable Aging and reconcile the Suppliers' Statement of Account
- Matching of supplier invoices and response to suppliers in relation to payment matters
- Handling payment vouchers, prepare and processing payments to make sure all payments are authorized
- Response to suppliers about payment matters
- Timely update of reports on Microsoft Excel
- Perform other finance or admin-related ad-hoc duties assigned
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

- 5-day work week
- Office - 19 Kian Teck Road (Off Upper Jurong Road)
