Job Description & Requirements
A Automotive Technical Engineer in the Mechanic industry is responsible for Repairin,Maintenance developing, testing, and improving vehicle systems and components. Their role involves ensuring performance, efficiency, safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and refine mechanical Repair and maintenace components (engines, Gearbox transmissions, chassis, suspension, brakes, etc.).
Controll the workers also
• Work on aerodynamics, thermal management, and structural integrity of vehicles.
Testing & Validation:
• Conduct simulations, prototype testing, and durability assessments.
• Analyze test results to enhance performance, efficiency, and safety.
• Work with NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) analysis and crash testing.
• Assist in the selection of materials and production techniques.
• Implement quality control measures and troubleshoot production issues.
• Work on electric vehicle (EV) powertrains, hybrid technologies, and autonomous vehicle systems.
• Research and develop lightweight materials to improve fuel efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with government and industry safety and emissions regulations.
• Develop solutions for fuel efficiency, carbon emissions reduction, and alternative energy sources.
• Coordinate with suppliers and external stakeholders to source components and materials.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and documentation.

Gearbox overhaul,Gearbox re- conditon, Gearbox Servicing,Engine Overhaul,Engine Recondition,Engine Servicing, Servicing and Maintenance also must know, Service Valve Body, Torque Converter Repair, Drive shaft re condition.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in , Automotive or Mechanical Engineering,
Technical Skills:
• Experience with engine, Gearbox drivetrain, suspension
• Understanding of thermodynamics, hydraulics, and material science.
• Hands-on experience with vehicle testing and diagnostics.
Soft Skills:
• Problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Project management and time management abilities.
• Adaptability to emerging trends in automotive technology.
