Overview:We are seeking an organized and dynamic Stage Manager to oversee the smooth operation of our productions. The ideal candidate will coordinate all aspects of the staging process, communicate effectively with cast and crew, and ensure that performances run seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise all elements of the production from rehearsals to performance.
• Act as the main point of contact among directors, cast, crew, and technical teams.
• Create and manage rehearsal schedules and production timelines.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of stage sets, props, and technical equipment.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed on and off stage.
• Call cues during performances to ensure smooth transitions.
• Assist in problem-solving and troubleshooting during rehearsals and performances.
• Keep detailed records of rehearsals, changes, and technical requirements.
• Promote a positive and collaborative working environment.
