Client Account Servicing Executive

Job Summary:
A dynamic and client-focused Account Servicing with Sale experiences to manage key accounts, drive client satisfaction, and spearhead new business opportunities.
This role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business to expand our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Servicing:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and
expectations are exceeded.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Manage client communications for new pitching with project timelines outlines and
deliverables. - mainly to close the Quotation
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, operations) to have a solid proposal.
Once the project is confirmed, the Project management team will take over the execution
to the end of delivering
• Account Servicing will end with a sweet note and post-meeting arrangement. Begin with a
new project cycle.
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns to ensure retention and long-term partnerships.
New Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
• Researched market trends, competitor activities, and potential clients to generate leads.
• Develop and deliver compelling pitches and presentations.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through networking, cold outreach, and
referrals.
• Work closely with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies
