Job Scope:

• Support daily clinic operations and perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication in a professional manner.
• Relay accurate and timely information to the appropriate healthcare team members.
• Assist healthcare providers (e.g., nurses, doctors) with non-clinical tasks such as patient registration, scheduling, and coordination.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and patient-friendly clinic environment.
• Perform any other duties as assigned in support of clinic operations.

Requirement:

• GCE N/O/A Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec, & Diploma
• No Experience Required, Training Provided
