• Oversee entire workshop operations and ensure smooth workflow

• Manage frontline operations to ensure high levels of excellent customer service.

• Manage backend service operations to maintain technical proficiency.

• Attend to technical issues raised by customers and ensure that the issues are promptly resolved

• Achieve cost savings for the company through material control, operation processes and innovation initiatives.

• Ensure workshop facilities are well maintained

• Experience and familiarity with Diagnostic tools

Requirements

• At least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity (Technical Competence is highly preferred)

• Highly self-motivated with good business acumen, commercially savvy

• Strong communicator with good problem solving and people management skills

• Possess a valid Class 3 driver's licence
