Ecommerce Executive

We are working on an exciting new opportunity for an Ecommerce and Key Account Executive. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the ecommerce strategy for a portfolio of fast-moving consumer healthcare brands. You will play a pivotal role in building our client's ecommerce channels from the ground up while managing selected key accounts to drive brand visibility and commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and grow ecommerce channels, including online marketplaces and direct-to-consumer platforms, in line with brand and commercial objectives.
Build brand equity across digital platforms, optimizing content, engagement, and conversion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) to execute ecommerce campaigns and initiatives.
Drive promotional planning, pricing strategies, and stock forecasting to optimize online performance.
Manage relationships with selected key retail accounts, ensuring alignment on trade terms, performance metrics, and in-store-to-online integration.
Monitor and analyze sales performance and ecommerce KPIs to identify growth opportunities and operational improvements.
Stay up to date with ecommerce trends, competitor activity, and platform changes to recommend strategic enhancements.
Required skills and competencies
Min 3 years of experience in ecommerce or online marketplace management, ideally within the FMCG or consumer healthcare industry.
Proven ability to build and manage online brand presence and commercial performance.
Familiarity with platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, or equivalent.
Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Self-starter with a hands-on attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
