The Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing strong long-term relationships with clients. This role focuses on understanding client needs, offering tailored financial and insurance solutions, and ensuring high client satisfaction to drive business growth.

The Relationship Manager is responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing strong long-term relationships with clients. This role focuses on understanding client needs, offering tailored financial and insurance solutions, and ensuring high client satisfaction to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities / Job Scope:
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Identify and approach new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing queries and providing proactive support.
2. Sales & Business Development
- Promote and cross-sell financial products, hire purchase loans, business credit facilities, and motor insurance solutions to meet client needs.
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by management.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and review meetings to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
3. Credit Assessment & Proposal Support
- Assist clients in preparing and submitting applications.
- Work closely with the Head of Department to ensure smooth approval and disbursement processes.
- Review and verify clients' financial documents and motor insurance requirements.
4. Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on the latest financial products, credit offerings, and motor insurance packages in the market.
- Understand industry trends and regulatory changes to provide accurate advice and ensure compliance.
5. Customer Service & Retention
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through timely and accurate responses.
- Handle omplaints and resolve issues professionally to maintain long-term client loyalty.
- Regularly check in with clients to anticipate renewal or refinancing needs for loans and insurance policies.
6. Administrative & Reporting Duties
- Prepare and maintain client records, sales reports, and activity logs.
- Support documentation processes for loan agreements and insurance policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, credit, compliance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
