Our client is a leading brand and licensing company operating across Asia. As part of their continued growth in the region, we are supporting them in hiring a commercially focused Regional Sales Manager to drive licensing sales and brand expansion across Southeast Asia, with an emphasis on Singapore and Malaysia.
This is a client-facing role involving sales, partner management, and brand performance leadership within lifestyle, fashion, or FMCG sectors.

This is a client-facing role involving sales, partner management, and brand performance leadership within lifestyle, fashion, or FMCG sectors.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Expansion
- Take direct ownership of licensing sales targets by country, brand, or category.
- Manage forecasting, sales pipeline tracking, market analysis, and category performance reviews.
- Identify and close new licensing opportunities aligned with business and brand objectives.
Client & Internal Collaboration
- Lead and guide regional teams in executing brand strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to plan sales campaigns and support regional licensees.
- Monitor compliance with brand guidelines, contractual terms, and performance expectations.
Retail & Licensee Management
- Support product visibility and sell-through at retail via coordinated marketing and POS efforts.
- Conduct business reviews with key licensees to assess product development and marketing progress.
- Coordinate with marketing and retail teams for placement and brand alignment across SEA markets.
Finance Support
- Work with finance to track and ensure timely collection of royalty payments and reporting from licensees.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in licensing, sales, or business development in Fashion, Lifestyle, or FMCG industries.
- Proven track record in Southeast Asian markets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office and comfort with database/sales tracking tools.
