• Position : Retail Sales Associate (Jewelry) - Vivocity

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $2600 Basic + 2 % Commission + 7 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with product selection, styling, and general inquiries.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal.
• Professionally resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Promote products and cross-sell to achieve sales targets.
• Manage online order collections and after-sales services.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:

• Prior retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Passionate about jewelry and fashion
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and a variable schedule.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
