Key Responsibilities
Job Requirements
- Operate company vehicle (van or lorry) for daily deliveries or pick-ups
- Plan and manage delivery schedules and routes for drivers
- Supervise and coordinate a team of delivery drivers
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time
- Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and arrange servicing
- Handle transport-related documentation such as delivery orders, logs, and checklists
- Conduct safety checks on vehicles and ensure compliance with traffic regulations
- Liaise with warehouse and operations teams to align transport plans
- Provide training or guidance to new drivers when needed
- Investigate and report transport incidents or delays
Job Requirements
- Valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 4 Driving License
- At least 2-3 years of experience in driving and transport operations
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of Singapore roads and transport regulations
- Basic skills in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and/or transport scheduling apps
- Able to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written)
- Physically fit and able to assist with loading/unloading when necessary
- Good problem-solving skills and able to handle tight delivery timelines
- Willing to work overtime or weekends when required
