• Industry/ Organization Type: F&B
• Position Title: Management Trainee
• Working Location: Islandwide
• Working Hours: 5.5 days per week, 10 hours per day (following duty roster)
• Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the Manager.
• Track the outlet's expenditures, ensuring all expenses remain within the budget.
• Support the manager in organizing staff schedules.
• Provide customers with a warm welcome through friendly and exceptional service.
• Oversee outlet operations and attend to customers.
• Address customer inquiries, fostering strong customer relationships.
• Gradually acquire the expertise to manage restaurant operations.
• Undertake training and responsibilities across various operations.
• Develop an in-depth understanding of the company's restaurant operations by rotating through each role.
• Identify areas for improvement.
• Carry out additional duties as directed by the superior.
