Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Engagement:
Proactively approach and engage members of the public at roadshows, shopping malls, community events, and high-traffic locations to promote WSQ/SkillsFuture courses. - Course Promotion and Advising:
Clearly communicate the value and benefits of available training programmes. Recommend suitable courses based on individual customer profiles, interests, or career goals. - Enrolment Support:
Assist customers with the end-to-end enrolment process, including guiding them through SkillsFuture Credit claims, online registration forms, and understanding course prerequisites. - Lead Conversion:
Follow up with interested individuals, address objections professionally, and convert enquiries into confirmed sign-ups. - Promotional Activities:
Use marketing materials and on-site visuals effectively to highlight course offerings, limited-time promotions, and funding support. - Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date with new course offerings, funding updates, and industry trends by attending training sessions and internal briefings. - Reporting & Feedback:
Document daily interactions and sign-ups. Provide feedback on customer responses, frequently asked questions, and areas for improvement in outreach efforts.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or events preferred
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, persuasive demeanour
- Interest or background in education, adult learning, or career development is a plus
- Familiarity with SkillsFuture and WSQ framework is an advantage (training will be provided)
- Able to work at roadshows and outreach events, including weekends and public holidays
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team
