Duties and responsibilities
- Upkeeping to the building facilities, ensure compliance with the good building maintenance and environment practices.
- Supervisor to cleaners e.g. training, guide and support routing work.
- ECC trained & prepare documents for NEA inspection.
- Prepare routine & periodic schedules and monitor work progress.
- Supervise Housekeeping team to maintain and improve cleanliness, hygiene, safety and operation related matters.
- Maintain good housekeeping standard, ensure housekeeping team comply with good practise.
- To relief driver whenever required.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Secondary Education or Housekeeping Certificate
- At least 3 to 5 years working experience in Building related trades
- Proficiency in MS Office and Computer literacy
- Class-3 licence
