- Experienced and qualified Engineer with qualifications recognized by PE board ( SG)
- PM shall have demonstrable experience in managing the delivery of a project of similar complexity and scale to the project
- Have about 10 years of experience in managing construction projects for water treatment facility or Process plant
- Responsible for the organisation, planning, control and execution of project.
- Lead and manage a team of operational staff to meet the objectives and targets.
- Monitor, organize, control and co-ordinate site works with the team as well as contractors.
- Develop and maintain good working relationship with the client, consultant and contractors
- Work closely with vendors and sub-contractors to ensure project budget, purchase items and conditions are met.
- To create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Handling of technical site issues and work closely with client.
- Manage and control of work progress, schedule, safety and qualities
- Must have Valid GMAP or GMAAP certificate
