Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and proactive HR Clerk to support day-to-day HR administrative tasks, especially in foreign worker management. Key responsibilities include:
  • Applying and renewing work permits
  • Purchasing security bonds and arranging insurance
  • Registering workers and enrolling them in safety and CoreTrade courses
  • Coordinating arrival and onboarding processes for foreign workers
  • Assisting in tracking overtime hours and preparing payroll-related data
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation

Job Requirements

  • Prior HR experience in Singapore, preferably in sectors involving foreign worker management
  • Proficiency in written English (to handle formal documentation and correspondence)
  • Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking workers and stakeholders)
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills
