We are looking for a meticulous and proactive HR Clerk to support day-to-day HR administrative tasks, especially in foreign worker management. Key responsibilities include:
- Applying and renewing work permits
- Purchasing security bonds and arranging insurance
- Registering workers and enrolling them in safety and CoreTrade courses
- Coordinating arrival and onboarding processes for foreign workers
- Assisting in tracking overtime hours and preparing payroll-related data
- Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation
Job Requirements
- Prior HR experience in Singapore, preferably in sectors involving foreign worker management
- Proficiency in written English (to handle formal documentation and correspondence)
- Able to communicate effectively in both English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking workers and stakeholders)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and coordination skills
