Job Description

• Reviews financial health of tenderers through analysis of financial statements and key performance indicators.
• Performs cash management activities including preparation of short-term cash flow projections and review of cash commitments for submission to Accountant General Department.
• Manages banking relationships and use of banking products/ services.
• Executes trade processing duties including review of trades and bond-related transactions for proper approvals prior to payment.
• Reviews internal regulations, policies and enhance the financial governance framework.
• Supports digitalisation initiatives through data analytics and visualisation using tools like Python and Tableau.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or relevant accounting qualification;
• With 1 Year experience in accounting role.
• With good command of English (written and spoken)
