Job Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist customers in a polite and professional manner

- Provide product information and recommendations on
Pondok Abang's halal frozen food items

- Operate the
Point of Sale cashier system and handle payments
(cash, NETS, Fidyah Vouchers, CDC Vouchers) accurately

- Restock freezers, shelves, and maintain product displays

- Check and monitor product expiry dates and freezer temperatures

- Assist in unloading, receiving, and storing deliveries

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store at all times

- Follow all food safety, halal handling, and health guidelines

- Perform opening or closing duties as scheduled

- Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

- Retail or F&B experience is a bonus (but not required - training will be provided)

- Willing to work weekends and public holidays on a roster basis with a 8am to 6pm shift

- Friendly, honest, and customer-oriented

- Must be respectful of halal food handling procedures
