We're Hiring: Collections Executive - Rently SG

At Rently, we're on a mission to transform the rental market with flexible, monthly rental payments that replace traditional upfront cheques. We're looking for a Collections Executive to ensure timely follow-up, accurate documentation, and resolution of overdue payments across our operations in both Singapore and UAE.

What You'll Do:

• Track Late Payers - Monitor overdue accounts flagged by the sales team.
• Send Reminders - Promptly follow up with gentle but firm nudges via email, SMS, or phone.
• Send Letters of Demand - Prepare and dispatch official notices when reminders aren't enough.
• Issue Final Notices - Escalate to formal pre-litigation warnings as needed.
• Prepare Legal Documentation - Organize and compile case files for submission to the court by our management team
