Project Manager (Plumbing & Sanitary)

Our client, a reputable Fire Protection, Plumbing & Sanitary contractor with over 15 years in Singapore's building industry, is known for delivering one-stop solutions, especially for institutional projects.

To support their expanding portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage plumbing and sanitary works across various projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end Plumbing & Sanitary project execution, from planning to handover
• Manage internal site teams and coordinate with main contractors and consultants for smooth execution
• Ensure compliance with local regulations (e.g. PUB, BCA) and company standards
• Monitor progress, control costs, and resolve technical/site issues
• Lead project meetings, reporting, and documentation

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Plumbing & Sanitary, with at least 2 in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of local codes, authority submission, and site coordination
• Proven leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
