To lead the nursing team and related healthcare workers in the centre

• Ensure compliance with all nursing standards by MOH and SNB.
• Develop and implement nursing policies, procedures and care pathways
• Lead a team of multidisciplinary staff with care planing
• Address resident and family concern, by providing clinical guidance
• Plan Staff allocation across shifts
• Oversee operations in Day care & Rehabilitation centre and foster a postive work environment
• Schedule staff for professional development and planning
• Maintain training records and administrative documents.
• Manage ward budgets and resources

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse with Singapore Nursing Board
• At least 3 years relevant experience in supervisory roles
• Have experience handling complex cases and interdisciplinary
