Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Coordinate training sessions, workshops, and learning events
• Help design learning materials and presentation decks
• Track attendance, feedback, and training results
• Support onboarding and internal training processes
• Collaborate with subject matter experts on development plans
• Manage the learning calendar and event logistics
• Handle LMS and digital training platforms
• Monitor staff development progress and milestones
• Build a career around people growth and empowerment

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey training concepts and information
• Ability to analyse training needs and program effectiveness using data-driven insights
